SummaryB3 IT Consulting Limited was formed in 2004 by Dan Litman and Tom Castleman. From conception the business provided web software solutions to small and medium size businesses. Originally Eclecticweb Services, the company was renamed in late 2006 to reflect the diverse range of solutions on offer within both the home and business sectors. The company has a strong open source & open standards ethic in the provision of its solutions and services. Open source solutions based on the Linux platform can often provide cost effective alternatives to the Windows platform. In such cases clients benefit from significant savings in software upgrade and licensing costs in addition to the increased reliability and security associated with the platform. Naturally there are cases where a fully open source solution does not best suit a given specification, or just isn't practical. We always strive to offer the best solution to meet the exacting needs of our clients, utilising open source components where appropriate.
