Custom Asterisk-Based PBX Systems

Our PBX appliances are custom built to suit your exact requirements. Our systems can incorporate a variety of technologies to suit your specification including basic rate IDSN (BRI, ISDN2e), primary rate IDSN (PRI, IDSN30), analogue telephone lines (PSTN), and voice over IP (VoIP). In addition we are also able to accommodate most older analogue telephony hardware including any existing phones or fax machines you might have. However, we would recommend SNOM VoIP handsets to fully integrate with your new PBX. Using VoIP technology it is possible to connect remote sites and teleworkers directly into the PBX system.

We can help you determine how the system can most benefit your business, and design the system to your exact requirements. Our systems offer a multitude of features including voice mail, interactive voice menus, queues, ring groups, call recording, monitoring, & logging, intercom, paging, remote call pickup, call transfer, call parking, and music & message on hold.
