ADSL2+ Migration

In August & September we expect to be able to offer ADSL broadband clients FREE migration to ADSL2+ offering sync' speeds of up to 24Mb/s down and 1Mb/s up. This will give up to around 20Mb/s downlink throughput. With the upgrade comes a new tariff and pricing structure offering better value bandwidth packages. We will be contacting clients to tailor the upgrades to individual bandwidth requirements.

Telephone Support Improvements

Our new telephone switchboard is now live and serves as the main point of contact for telephone enquiries. The switchboard also handles out of hours support requests and after taking some details will connect you with a support engineer.
